1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and deploying servers on KrixoHost (krixohost.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Free Credit System

Our service operates using a virtual credit system. Credits are earned via third-party tasks (e.g., Linkvertise) and have zero monetary value. We reserve the right to modify credit prices, rewards, or reset balances at any time during maintenance or network updates.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use your deployed instances (Minecraft or Web) for any of the following activities:

• DDOS/DOS attacks, port scanning, or network disruption.
• Cryptocurrency mining (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero mining on nodes).
• Hosting illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content (malware, phishing).
• Bypassing resource limits or attempting to exploit the Pterodactyl Panel.

4. Server Suspension & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any server without prior notice if:

• The server expires due to lack of credits/renewal.
• The server violates any rule listed in Section 3 (Prohibited Activities).
• The server causes extreme resource abuse that lags the physical VPS Node.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

KrixoHost provides free hosting "as-is". We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or corruption of world files. It is highly recommended that you take manual backups of your server files regularly.
